Approved Commission Rates

Commissions shall be calculated as follows:

XXX modules, YYY Power Assemblies and ZZZ Products
 5% of sales price for the first 60 month period of full rate (volume) production of each program or opportunity.
 3% of sales price thereafter.
 Individual programs or opportunities shall be designated by Op ID assigned by the SELLER.
 The commencement date of full rate production order for an individual program or opportunity shall be determined by the SELLER in its sole discretion.

XXX Power Systems products and Battery Modules
 3% of sales price for the first 36 month period of full rate (volume) production of each individual program or opportunity up to a maximum of $2,000,000 of sales per 12 month period.
 0% of sales price thereafter.
 Individual programs or opportunities shall be designated by Op ID assigned by the SELLER.
 The commencement date of full rate production order for an individual program or opportunity shall be determined by the SELLER. in its sole discretion
