Коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться! В преамбуле договора (между международной финансово-кредитной организацией и консультантом) на оказание консультационных услуг указано, что соглашение заключено между ХХХ (название финансово-кредитной организации) и ***Ф.И.О. via Название компании*** (the Consultant).
Что здесь означает via – "в лице"? Но обычно ведь пишут наоборот: "... и компанией в лице такого-то" (например, "... and the Company Intex in the person of/represented by Olga Ivanova, CEO). Возможно, "the person ... via the Company..." это то же самое, что "the Company ... in the person of/represented by ..."?
Т.е. может ли договор заключаться не с компанией в лице ФИО, а с ФИО в лице Компании? Например, с "Ивановой О.Б. в лице ООО Intex? Или здесь какое-то другое значение? Возможно, via = "при посредничестве"? Например, если соглашение заключается с владельцем компании, которая оказывает консультационные услуги. "...между организацией ХХХ и Ивановой О.Б. при посредничестве ООО Intex" - Does it make any sense?
