Thanks to Phil and Susanne I should've looked within Proz.com. You were very helpful. Thank you both!

It does, kind of Marc - have you Googled this? The reason I ask is because one of the first hits is a previous ProZ question, though I'm not sure if it's relevant here.
It sounds from the context like it means procedures.

I think I agree with this author here: https://dict.leo.org/forum/viewUnsolvedquery.php?idforum=1&i...

All employees may select and order their devices, using this xxx platform (http:xxx). Orders are approved by the cost center manager via automatic workflow or, in the event of larger amounts, by the appropriate business unit, as set out in the company's statutes/bylaws.

company's Supervisory Board [Monitoring Costs Section]

"Each employee can select and order his or her device via this xxx platform (http:xxx). The order is approved through an automatic workflow via an application to the department responsible for the costs involved or, in the case of higher sums, to the appropriate department as stipulated by the company's Supervisory Board [Monitoring Costs Section].

An extended meaning of Ingerenz within law is its element of monitoring.

Therefore I would suggest translating ' Gesellschaftsingerenzen' als company's Supervisory Board.
