Good evening,
I'm trying to work out the meaning of this sentence including "réséquer une partie."
The patient has a melanoma on the right nasal ala. This is a surgical report for resection of the lesion and reconstruction of the nose.
Here is the sentence with the previous and subsequent sentences (they have just described the lesion, which was small, but "relatively thick."):
Thank you in advance!

Just a suggestion. However 'partie' seems to refer a section of tissue incorporating part of the ala, lip and cheek, so I was looking for phrasing that would allow for this.
Note from asker:
Thanks Sue. True - it seems the "distinctive" (particulier?) location of the lesion makes it necessary (donc?) to resect a section as you described. Is it me or is the sentence structure not helping?! |
