Spanish term

HMDC

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Part of a discharge report on a patient with cardiomyopathy and an implantable defibrillator
I cannot find any expansion for this abbreviation (in a medical context) and would be glad of some help, please. The patient is in hospital and being considered for a Left Ventricular Assist Device. The context of the mystery abbreviation is "Se mantiene estable HMDC durante el ingreso pero con hipotensión significativa".
