Thank you for your support, Eduard! But re: 'flight', I think that transporting ammonia and sulphuric acid (in commercial quantities) by air is rather costly. :-)

3. My suggestion is not to simplify the sentence but I understand why you wanted it that way.

.. moving them ... into the second one (that/it covers principal/base tariffs including mineral fertilizerS) while keeping all current coefficients for flights with or without a payload [in place/as they are/intact]. alternatively --> for loaded and empty [leg] flights
