English to Russian Social Sciences Law: Contract(s)

The Counterparty hereby waives, and shall cause each of its Affiliates to waive, in each case on behalf of itself and any of its assets, any sovereign immunity, state immunity, defense under an “act of state” or similar doctrine in respect of any dispute in connection with this Agreement, regardless of whether such immunity or doctrine is claimed by such person or attributed to it.
