French term

désH clinique IC

French to English Medical Medical (general) Clinical examination of patient in hospital
This French physician's report is full of abbreviations and telescopic constructions. Some require inspiration from above. One paragraph deals with neurological findings on examination, but then seems to revert to more general findings, and here is the text in question:
Pas de trouble de la conscience ou de la vigilance, pupilles symétriques et réactives
Pas de déficit sensitivo moteur, pas d'anomalie des PC. Pas de syndrome cérébelleux
cinétique, marche non évaluée.
Amyotrophie diffuse, désH clinique IC
The punctuation is exactly as recorded here. So is the layout.
I have seen IC many times and know it can be French shorthand for cardiac insufficiency, but can this really be cardiology at this point? And what is the significance of the neighbouring combination: désH, I wonder?
I would be glad for any help on this shorthand. Thanks in advance.

déshydratation clinique intracellulaire?

Hi Sean, my first thought (and I'm afraid I don't have time to research it at the moment) was déshydratation clinique intracellulaire - maybe worth looking into (clinical signs of "déshydratation intracellulaire"??, see https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Déshydratation_intracellulaire...

It's kind of you Sean, but I'm not actually sure how English-speaking doctors would phrase it
