1.) Türen öffnen.
2.) Die Gummiabdeckleiste oberhalb der Seitenschweller von vorn aus nach hinten kräftig abziehen (ist auf den Seitenschweller gesteckt).
3.) Am hinteren Ende der Gummidabdeckleiste ist diese mit einer Spreizniet in der Karosse befestigt. Die Leiste leicht abziehen und mit einer Spitzzange die Spreizniet zusammendrücken und Gummileiste dann entfernen.
4.) Der Schweller ist mit 15 Plastiknieten befestigt. 6 Stück oberhalb des Schwellers am Holm des Autos, 6 Stück von unten im Schweller und 3 Stück von hinteren ***Radhauskasten*** aus.

This is what Mercedes calls them in their official vocabularly list, although I personally never really liked the term. My personal preference is wheel wells, as Kim suggested.

Explanation:
Alternatively one could also say wheel housing box. The German word appears to be biting off more than the English phrase would, perhaps in whatever is being described. But Rad is obviously wheel, the reference to haus is the idea of housing and the kasten seems to be an attempt to include the surrounding area as well, so I would just give it box as it is, depending on the context. It just makes sense. I'm not sure English has a phrase for this.
