Adicionalmente, se consideran las siguientes medidas preventivas en áreas de alta sensibilidad:

- Se evitará el corte de vegetación en los bosques de arena blanca “varillales”, *bosques de terrazas bajas “tahuampas de agua negra”*, bosque de colinas ligeramente disectadas, y bosque de terrazas medias, para la construcción de helipuertos y campamentos. En caso necesario, este será aprobado por la comunidad. Antes del corte se deberá demarcar y señalizar el perímetro del área destinada para las instalaciones. Se efectuará el corte solo en el área prevista y no fuera de ella. La caída de un árbol talado debe ser en dirección hacia la zona autorizada a desboscar (tala direccional).

- Se aprovechará tanto como sea posible los espacios ya perturbados o con vegetación secundaria con el objetivo de minimizar la magnitud de los impactos acumulados.
